BelCoeur Labradors guarantees that:
- The above named dog has received the first of its series of inoculations for infectious disease and has been treated for parasites.
- The above named dog has been microchiped and registered with the "AVID" Animal Recovery Registry.
- The above named dog is functionally sound.
- Should the above named dog become functionally unsound (i.e. unable to live an active life) from a hereditary problem (as certified by a veterinarian) during the first two (2) years of it's life, BelCoeur Labradors will replace the dog with a dog of similar monetary value and quality as determined by the Breeder.
- Six (6) months advance notice of replacement request is required.
- The unsound dog must be unbred and spayed, neutered, or euthanized (veterinary proof required) for this contract to be valid.
- The unsound dog may be kept by the New Owner(s) or returned to the Breeder as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
- All dogs from BelCoeur Labradors are sold for the same price.
- All dogs purchased from BelCoeur Labradors are entitle to FREE LIFETIME BOARDING.
ACCIDENTS AND OTHER ILLNESSES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS GUARANTEE.
The New Owner guarantees that:
- A safe environment shall be provided for the above named dog to include a fenced yard or kennel, shelter from weather, adequate food and water, adequate socialization with purchaser and family.
- The above named dog shall successfully complete formal puppy obedience training by six months of age.
- The dog shall not be allowed to run loose without supervision.
- The dog shall be seen by a veterinarian with 48 hours of receipt for a general health check and to have a complete inoculation schedule set up.
- Purchaser assumes full responsibility for the health care of the above named dog immediately upon receipt.
- This dog has been placed on Limited Registration.
- If the above named dog is used as a breeding animal without the Breeders' knowledge and approval, the puppies from said breeding shall not be eligible for registration with the AKC.
- If the above named dog is to be shown at AKC sanctioned shows or bred with the Breeder's knowledge and approval, the Breeder shall lift the Limited Registration and remain as a third co-owner until such time as said dog is spayed or neutered. (New Owner(s) must provide veterinary certification.)
- If for any reason the New Owner is unable to care for the above named dog, THE DOG MUST BE RETURNED TO THE BREEDER.
- Ownership must be transferred to the Breeder at time of return.
- The New Owner understands that the Breeder will try to recoup some of the New Owner's original purchase price, but NO MONETARY REIMBURSMENT IS IMPLIED OR GUARNTEED. The ultimate goal will be a suitable home for the above named dog.
THIS GUARANTEE IS NOT TRANSFERABLE WITHOUT BREEDERS' WRITTEN CONSENT.
